Teambuilding Facilitators

cityWILD facilitation staff have a collective 20+ years of team-building and teamwork facilitation. Staff have attended NOLS Educator courses and lead high and low ropes courses.

Similar to cityWILD’s Junior Guide program for rafting, cityWILD high school students also get trained to be group facilitators and often accompany cityWILD senior staff on team building courses.
